• If you browse through the calendar, you’ll see info on which dates are already booked for a function or event with KCCC
• You can select to view the at your option said calendar by day, week, month
• if you notice something posted on a certain date, you can click on the info to display further details about the particular function / event
• dates with entries means that a function / event is already booked for a particular date
• Any date without any entry or notation means that it is open for booking
• Thus, with the Google Calendar of Booked Events with KCCC, a possible renter can now have an idea which dates are available and maybe zero in on a specific date, time, and venue of their planned event with KCCC
• Potential facilities renter can now call (905 602 0923) and/or coordinate with KCCC office staff for their planned booking. They can also send an e-mail if they wish by providing info:
